The Very First Episode of this podcast, Figure It Out. Forest and Duals weren’t really expecting to do a podcast, but the idea struck us to present some fun and insight on matters we are passionate about.
Sorry for mid conversation on this one, episodes will find their footing more by episode 3 😉
Duals and friends shoot the shit about different matters they are passionate about. We swim through friendly and comical banter as we try to uncover what this mess called life is made of.

We cannot take away the right to offend anyone without taking away freedom of thought.
Furthermore, giving away freedom for a right is like buying your own mouth whilest selling your tongue. No other person, group, or document, or rights determine my freedom. “I exist. And that’s it.”
Also, group identity being paramount over individual identity is the authoritarian ideological method that drove great human suffering and tragedy such as countless people murdered in Maoist China.
“Spoken truth is the countervailing force to tyranny.” We face the battle of hell and heaven within the confines of our minds everyday. By being fully honest with ourselves and speaking our truth we face the risk of offending, we face the risk of losing a job, we face the risk of losing friends; but the alternative of not being truthful is always far worse, it can cause us to lose our selfs and can place our mind in that confine of hell and there many get lost and can no longer see themselves, and because they can’t see themselves any longer they can not find their way out of this hell.
And no matter what point you are at, things can always be worse. So in this take refuge and gratefulness. Everyone is a victim. Life is suffering. What will you do in the face of suffering?
At the risk of stones being cast at me I’m going to get brutally honest again today. Cus we all know if someone disagrees with your viewpoint that means they are evil right 😏
Can people quit trying to hang white guilt on white people? It goes without saying that slavery was one of the most horrendous happenings in history. Justice must be served in the present to progress in the future however. Of course, no one wants to be stained with the sins of their father’s.
There is no Black empowerment without White empowerment. All power to all people. The moment you demagogue against a group or play victim to another group, you give up our power for progress. That is how we make enemies out of the very Brothers and Sisters that we need in order to move forward. This is what creates a people feeling so marginalized that we get things like the alt-right or the new extreme left.
And the everly blooming Magnolia sayeth this, “We may be through with the past; but the past ain’t through with Us.”
In my experiences the most racism I’ve experienced is always from the people who are the most eager to pronounce how “not racist” they are. What are they truly compensating for, why are they trying to prove this to us so much? Not to be needlessly combative, as we need all to care, but the problem here is the care should be for one another’s plight and not solely about their race. The construct of race is false and blinding.
We are a complex society where no one movement can define our humanity. Rather, movement comes from each solitary action, building blocks on lovingkindness to each individual whom we interact with. And Oneness can only be achieved by loving even those who we see as enemies.
Doing “what makes you happy” is a fool’s light of fleeting disguise that leads to a sure road of despair. For example, laying in bed watching Netflix all day may make you happy for awhile, until the stagnancy turns into depression. Drugs will get you high, until they get you low. Instead of simply being complacent “doing what makes you happy,” let Us do what makes Us awesome! God calls Us for joy. And that joy inside that stems from God and therefore cannot be broken or crushed, whether in troubled times, hurt, despair, or what have you, that joy remains everlasting. I pray your year is filled with this everlasting joy and water to seeds only continues more growth 🙏🏽💞🕊
Express yourself. If you feel something, speak up n say that shit. We all take our backlash for expressing our feelings and opinions, but let’s not let our fear hold us back from showing who we are. We are not robots locked into black n white choices devoid of emotion. Accepting others’ feelings in understanding despite difference from your own is a courageous beauty. And allowing oneself to be vulnerable with others is an honesty that’s so fuckin hot 💞
When my friends find out that I’m a cat I always dodge the question of countin up my lives because I’m afraid to admit to anyone, especially myself, that I only have one left…
Last night I died in my nightmare…(funny enough listening to “Everyone Dies In Their Nightmares” by XXXTENTACION)
I woke up this morning angry, confused, and afraid in a far more overwhelming way than any dream death I’ve experience before. As a frozen flame, one of my morning prayers was this:
“Can the Lord shed this great fear of mine – Have I ruined myself with drugs completely forever? I can’t even feel if I’m experiencing a spiritual death or not…”
These thoughts actually stemmed from not the dream, but an unshaking feeling I had the night before I went to sleep.
This evening my prayer was answered when I was trying to raise money for the Human Rights Campaign. A pastor stopped me and said, “I will give you something better than a pledge for your charity.” And then he proceeded to pray for me answering my exact prayer from this morning without me even telling him and letting me know that I could not have been further from the truth, he said that my faith in Jesus Christ will conquer any spiritual deaths I was facing and that it was not in God’s plan for me to fall this way.
The clarity blinded me so I went to the bathroom to cry.
I leave you with one of my favourite quotes and a heartfelt sentiment,
“This is what the Lord says:
“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom
or the strong boast of their strength
or the rich boast of their riches,
but let the one who boasts boast about this:
that they have the understanding to know me,
that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness,
justice and righteousness on earth,
for in these I delight,”
declares the Lord. – Jeremiah 9:23-24
Thus, Live Long & Prosper, dear Children of the Dead…
I still do not understand this miracle that was today, this is why in Ayla Nereo fashion I show myself to you to know myself…
To spread so much Love that this world has to change…
then peacefully fade out of memory of existence…
my subtle idea of perfection…
This is the first single for upcoming album “Sin Chronic City” which of course is play on words for Synchronicity. I hope you find something you connect with here and grow with. And I hope you find something you don’t connect with and learn to heart it hard. Oneness or something and the linking of ourselves through souls…For may what we do now echoes out through eternity like the slow fade of love…For Love is infinite and thus triumphed death…Interwoven through a painful struggle and re-unstrangled out the other side by glory & grace…
