Eucharist is Essential

There is no such thing as a lone Christian. We are One Church, One Body. If we love Jesus we will obey His commandments and devoting ourselves to fellowship and the Sacrament Holy Communion/Eucharist which is the sacrifice of His death is essential. We worship Him in Mass each day by offering Him the greatest and most intimate offering Jesus gave us, HIMSELF. His Body and Blood.
Jesus didn’t say oh this is just a symbol. He said this is my Body. This is my Blood. And He didn’t say only meet up when it’s convenient for you or when it is 100% safe. Do you think our brothers and sisters in China who congregate at the very risk of their lives where they can be kidnapped by a communist regime to never be seen again gather because it is easy or because they love Jesus?
Jesus said “DO THIS IN REMEMBRANCE OF ME” and He said to do it “OFTEN.” Worshiping Jesus Christ by offering His sacrifice and being together to do it as One Church is essential to our Faith. And no government or dictator has the right to take us from our Love and nor can they. Without the virtue of fortitude to do what is right in the Lord even when facing backlash or even death would lead all other virtues to be merely vices for a church of cowards. Stand up and defend the Faith. Do so in meekness and kindness. Get up as One Body and gather together to pray as One, just as our Father and Son are One. Amen and Amen.
And he testified with many other arguments and exhorted them, saying, ‘Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.’ So those who welcomed his message were baptized, and that day about three thousand persons were added. THEY DEVOTED THEMSELVES TO THE APOSTLES’ TEACHINGS AND FELLOWSHIP, TO THE BREAKING OF BREAD (HOLY EUCHARIST) AND PRAYERS.
Awe came upon everyone, because many wonders and signs were being done by the apostles. ALL WHO BELIEVED WERE TOGETHER and had all things in common; they would sell their possessions and goods and distribute the proceeds to all, as any had need. Day by day, as they spent much time together in the temple, they broke bread at home and ate their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having the goodwill of all the people. And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.
